VOC's 140th birthday celebrations :
Dr.P.Pandian I.A.S(Retd) celebrating 140 th birthday of VOC by inaugurating the mammoth procession of volunteers
in more than 150 vehicles. The procession was organised by TamilNadu VOC Peravai. As usual Kavingar Subbu Arumugam and
his team are giving a musical treat at the Madras Porttrust premises.
